Join us for a fun night of making truffles in the Wildflower Chocolate kitchen!
Participants will pipe ganache and caramel fillings, seal chocolate shells and learn about tempering while we dip truffles in tempered chocolate. We will discuss and taste different chocolate varieties and talk about fine chocolate ingredients. Each student will bring their packaged truffles home to enjoy. All chocolate supplies are provided and you are welcome to bring a beverage.
Includes your box of nine truffles, mini-tasting, and a light fruit and cheese plate.
This class is held in our working confectionery kitchen. Please wear hair tied back (hair nets will be provided), and closed toed shoes. Aprons will be provided.
Refunds: Refunds are not available for workshops. You may transfer your ticket to a later class if available.
This class format is available for private group reservations with an eight participant minimum.
